IT entrepreneur and expat, who launched Spoko in 2018 to transform money transfers from Poland to Ukraine. Previously, Evgeny was the co-founder of the innovation hub “X100lab” and two other startups in travel and e-commerce. He launched his first business at the age of 15, providing on-demand e-commerce for non-banked schoolers.

20 years experience in corporate finance, M&A transactions, fund raising and advising investors. Worked in restructuring and M&A projects, then in BDO as an analyst in Corporate Finance. Since 2005, he worked for AKJ Capital (private equity). He was as M&A Manager at SIG Plc and an investment director at KGHM TFI. A graduate of the Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin and postgrad at the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Kassel.

A major investor in SPOKO together with Anders Holmstedt. Entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years experience in the finance industry. Since 2014 in executive roles för investment company Fintech Ventures S.A listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Prior to that owning and co-founded a stockbroker and fund company in Sweden.
