INTRODUCTION
Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited (“CIHL”) is the parent company of a financial services business that is operating in Belize. Our goal is to be the banking and financial services provider of choice in Belize and the Caribbean region and we aim to achieve this by building on the success of our existing operations and by providing an increased range of financial products and services to individual and corporate customers.

COMPANY DIRECTORS
Dr. Bobb holds a BA(Hons) degree and a Ph. D in Economics from the University of Cambridge. In 1969, he was recruited by the World Bank, through its Young Professionals Program, where he worked as an Economist for several years before taking up an appointment as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago in March 1978. He was Governor of the bank from August 1984 to February 1988.
Peter Gaze has been a director of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited since 2007 and was appointed Chairman on October 8, 2019. He is also a non-executive Director of Marlowe Holdings PLC, Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited, Carlisle Support Services Group Limited and Hawley Group Limited.
Mr. Lyndon Guiseppi was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Director of CIHL in July 2008 and currently chairs the boards of its two major subsidiaries: The Belize Bank Limited and Belize Bank International Limited.
Prior to joining CIHL, Mr. Guiseppi held executive management positions at several Caribbean financial institutions culminating in his assumption of the Managing Director position at RBTT Merchant Bank in Trinidad and Tobago, immediately prior to joining CIHL.
In addition to Mr. Guiseppi’s involvement in the Financial Services Sector spanning a period of 28 years, Mr. Guiseppi has held several significant board positions at various times representing the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association, British Caribbean Chamber of Commerce, Development Finance Limited and RGM Limited – one of the largest property development companies in the Eastern Caribbean.
Mr. Guiseppi is the author of several industry publications including, Project Financing in the Caribbean and Financing A Mining Project In An Emerging Market – both of which were published by the prestigious Project Finance Yearbook in 2000 and 2001, respectively.
Over the years, Mr. Guiseppi has consulted with several Caribbean multi-lateral organizations and also sat on several Cabinet Appointed Committees charged with the responsibility of reviewing the financial services sector in Trinidad and Tobago.
Mr. Guiseppi holds an M.Sc in Economics from the University of the West Indies.
