Peter has over 25 years experience in Investment Banking and is a well known and respected advisor within the London small-cap and emerging companies sector. He spent several years in the Corporate Finance Depts of Greenwell Montagu and Hill Samuel, before joining Kleinwort Benson in 1991. Over the following 12 years at Kleinworts, Peter became the COO of the Global Research Department. He then went on to become a Director of the company (now Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein), responsible for European private equity and Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2003, Peter founded and was Executive Managing Director of Libertas Capital Group plc, a London quoted investment bank and Nominated Adviser (‘Nomad’), focused on advising and principal investments in the clean energy sector.
Peter joined the predecessor of Peterhouse in May 2008 as Chief Executive, overseeing the growth of the Company in the interim period from a client base of under ten companies to one now of nearly one hundred. Peter led the buy-out of Peterhouse Corporate Finance in July 2012. He is a Member of the Securities Institute.
Over 30 years of experience in banking and asset management in Paris, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Bermuda. Acted as the director of several reputed international funds investing in Asia (Japan, China, India), Europe, and the USA.
Assumed various managerial capacities with Banque Indosuez, in particular as Corporate Secretary of the Saudi French Bank, Managing Director of Indosuez Asia Investment Services in Hong Kong, CEO of Union Financiere de France, and Chairman of Chevreux de Virieux Gestion in Paris.
Acted as Managing Director of BowenCapital Management Ltd, Hong Kong and Deputy Managing Director of W.P. Stewart & Co Ltd. in Bermuda Founding member and Director of the Levant Business Union.
Practised banking and legal consultancy in London, Geneva, and New York for over 35 years.
Previously held senior positions at HSBC, Credit Commercial de France, Banque Indosuez, and BSI Law and political science degrees from Université Saint-Joseph PhD in Law from Lyon II University in France in addition to a master's degree in political science Director, International Chamber of Commerce – ICC Beirut Lebanon.

Les is a very experienced Compliance and Administrative officer with over 25 years experience gained mainly within the Operations divisions of well respected stock broking companies. His experience extends from Clearing & Settlement Operations, through Risk Management to Administration, Compliance and Money Laundering responsibilities with Companies such as Grieveson, Grant (now part of Dresdner Kleinwort), Astaire & Co., Instinet and SunGard.
During his career, Les has served as COO and CEO of small to medium size companies with both UK and International focus. Les is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (FCSI) and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
