  2. Receive tailored proposal, JP Jenkins will then complete standard due diligence on each company (accounts/directors).
  3. Sign agreements and completion of application form.

JP Jenkins Traditional

  1. Contact JP Jenkins to enquire about admission.
  2. Receive tailored proposal, JP Jenkins will then complete standard due diligence on each company (accounts/directors).
  3. Sign up with registrar and obtain Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) & International Securities Identification Number (ISIN).

Investors/Shareholders

JP Jenkins Direct

  1. Create an account.
  2. Follow the simple steps to verify your account.
  3. Once your account is created, you can review our marketplace, place trades, set price and volume.

JP Jenkins Traditional

  1. Review our marketplace.
  2. Instruct a broker (we can recommend one) to contact JP Jenkins dealing desk.
  3. Our dealing desk match a willing buyer and seller and the transactions are executed

You an only trade with companies that have chosen the same route to market. For example, if you choose to use the Direct platform, you can only trade with companies that have also chosen to use Direct.
