Trades take place through our central counterparty partner. There is a fee of 1.5% of the transaction price which is charged to both buyers and sellers and a £25 transaction fee. Your broker may also apply charges.

Please note, when purchasing shares Stamp Duty Reserve Tax ("SDRT") may be applicable.

For companies looking to join our Private market, the fee is dependant on the number of trading events the company prefers. Fee will generally be anything from £10,000 Excluding VAT. The agreed fee depends on complexity, asset class, company size, shareholder / nominee numbers etc. Please get in touch with our team to discuss further.

Matched Bargain Facility (MBF)

For companies looking to join our Matched Bargain Facility, the annual fee typically starts from £1250 per calendar month (15,000+ -Excluding VAT).
