A transparent, low-cost way to trade unlisted shares

JP Jenkins operates a match-bargain facility: we act as arranger agent connecting willing buyers and sellers through 60+ authorised brokers and financial institutions. Expressions of interest (EOIs) are placed by brokers over existing market infrastructure powered by InfinitX technology.

We facilitate the matching of these EOIs and coordinate settlements through our dedicated settlement agent — all within a fully FCA-regulated framework, at a fraction of the cost of a traditional exchange listing.

For companies operating under the PISCES framework, we also offer scheduled intermittent trading windows with controlled access for eligible investors.
