Result of AGM and Delisting

Nautilus Marine Services PLC (AIM: NAUT), announces that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held earlier today, all resolutions put to Shareholders were duly passed. In particular, the special resolution to approve the proposed cancellation of the admission of the Company’s Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM (“Cancellation”) was duly passed.

As a result, the last day of dealings in the Company’s Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 1 July 2019 and the Cancellation will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 2 July 2019, subject to a dealing notice, as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies, being issued.

In order to enable continued trading of shares, the Company has appointed J P Jenkins Ltd. to provide a matched bargain dealing facility. Should shareholders wish to trade their shares, they can do so through their stockbroker. Further details will be made available to Shareholders on the Company’s website at www.nautilusmarineplc.com and directly by letter or e-mail (where appropriate).

Since they did not offer themselves for re-election at the AGM, Donald Zac Phillips, Alan Henderson and David Quint ceased to be directors of the Company with effect from the end of the AGM.
