Parris Boyd was elected to the Board of Directors in July 2019. Mr. Boyd has been an investor and advisor in a wide range of industries since 2002. Mr. Boyd is currently a Principal and member of the Investment Committee at The Firmament Group, in which he is responsible for leading the firm’s origination efforts, executing transactions, and advising management teams of the firm’s portfolio companies. Mr. Boyd received his B.A. from Clark Atlanta University, where he completed a major in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
