Description

Following the completion of the divestment of the Company’s legacy oil & gas interests/assets and its investment in EAG, Scirocco Energy is an AIM Rule 15 Cash shell seeking to return cash and contingent proceeds, yet to be received, from its various disposals to Shareholders, expected to be via a solvent Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (“MVL”), following the cancellation of its shares to trading on AIM (the “Cancellation”). Scirocco Energy (“Scirocco”) is an investing company targeting attractive production and development opportunities within the European transition energy market. Scirocco Energy’s strategy is to acquire a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect interests in attractive production and development opportunities within the European transition energy market. At a General Meeting of Scirocco Energy Limited (“the Company”), held on 10 July 2024, resolutions were passed to appoint Chad Griffin and Callum Angus Carmichael, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 93 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD as joint liquidators in the Members Voluntary Liquidation of the Company.
